Clinical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to work with our fantastic team of Counsellors. As well as working alongside our Senior Supervisor, we are able to offer you the opportunity to work as a counsellor too to increase the number of hours we can offer.

The best candidate will be someone able to empower the clinical team to grow in excellence, for the benefit of Relate Northamptonshire’s clients. You will ensure best practice for clients by enabling effective collaboration between the therapeutic, administrative and financial functions of the centre. Working in partnership with the Senior Supervisor, together you will build the excellence of our clinical service and safeguarding management.

Home-based counsellor: recruiting now

We are looking for a counsellor able to work digitally with clients. Minimum requirements for an application to be considered are:

  • Minimum Level 4 Counselling qualification + additional couples/relationship qualification or
  • Level 5 couples qualification
  • 100hrs+ of Supervised practice

Being a Relate Counsellor gives you the chance to have a positive impact on people's lives and can be incredibly rewarding. Our counsellors receive regular support and supervision throughout their training and practice.

Relate offers excellent opportunities for personal growth and development and offers further training for those who want to specialise in a particular form of counselling such as family counselling, sex therapy or young people counselling.

We are currently looking for a number of Level 5 qualified counsellors, either couples trained or for work with individual clients. In particular we would like to hear form you if you have a Level 5 qualification working with Children & Young People.
